I couldn't recommend Ian Cuneo highly enough. His service to clients is second to none. We were constantly kept updated about where things were at. He walked us through the strategy he was proposing and helped put it all in perspective so everyone was on the same page. Unlike other agents we've dealt with in the past, Ian doesn't sugar-coat his advice and tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He gives an honest appraisal of your situation with some evidence to back it up. His genuine nature and warm personality are rare in this field. It wasn't only important for us - but also for the buyers he was dealing with. It really made a difference. Our property sale came at a particularly busy time for us. Ian offered to and did take on many tasks we were struggling to find the time to get to. He was also very proactive in making recommendations for improvements we could make to the property to increase its appeal to buyers. They were sensible and cost-effective.
