We couldn’t have been happier with Ian & Alexandra’s representation in relation to the sale of our home in Windsor. He managed every step of the process keeping us informed by phone and with weekly reports. We are busy people who sometimes find it hard to juggle our commitments. Ian and Alexandra weren’t put off by that. They stepped in where we couldn’t to ensure that work to be done before auction wasn’t overlooked. Prior to the auction Ian briefed us fully detailing the circumstances of each of the parties likely to bid, forecasting issues that might arise and discussing strategies. The auction went very smoothly and we were very happy with the result.
