Compassionate, Knowledgeable, empathetic, great guy

Ian had a tough job selling a run down house and having to deal with an older lady and her family of 5 children. He looked after Mum exceedingly well and was very understanding and compassionate when dealing with her. He did not push her into making quick decisions, but made sure she understood the processes required to sell her property of 47 years. He also managed the intricacies of a family of 5. We could not be happier with the outcome. I'm so pleased that we engaged Ian, he and his team did all the hard work and made things very simple for us. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to you and your team!
