Ian was polite and professional throughout the sale process. Communication was generally good, although there were times when I would have appreciated more frequent updates and clearer guidance. While the final sale price was lower than I had hoped, I appreciate Ian’s efforts in completing the sale.

Although Ian was the agent we had signed the contract with we dealt with Anthony quite a bit. Anthony was always professional punctual and easy to communicate with. Ian and Anthony worked both together to try and achieve the best results although we didn’t get the results we were hoping for the property still sold at auction with a tough market.

Ian Dempsey - This was a hard one for my brother and me. We sadly lost both our parents (we’re only in our 30s) and were faced with the task of selling our family home in Preston.
