Ian's knowledge and experience of real estate sales in the area is masterly! Over a ten year period, we bought and then sold the same house with Ian. From the time of understanding the market, timing of the sale, preparation for the open days, the launch, through the sales and negotiation process, and more importantly to the after-sales service. We could not imagine that there's anyone better than Ian. He assisted in so many ways, even down to facilitating some of the minor repairs needed.
