We contacted multiple Agents on a stage were we were not ready to sell but getting everything prepared. Most agents came across with the typical car sales mentality. Calling, pretending to have already buyers and putting pressure on us. The biggest Issue we disliked, was that they tried to talk down other agents. Ian was different. He understood what we wanted, gave excellent advice and help without ever being aggressive. Sales is about relations and the presentation of the product not the ego of the sales person.
