Ian Lewtas was a delight to work with on the sale of our house. At the start he inspected the house and made suggestions of how to improve the saleabilty through repairs and value adding upgrades. Ian provided information on other properties of similar type in the area, their asking and sold prices and comparisons to our house - and established a realistic price range for it. Prior to the on-market date he advised a number of potential purchasers that it might suit them - so interest was there on the first day and multiple offers were received in the next few days and the property was under contact within the week - and sold at full asking price. We could not be happier with the result!
