Very happy with Ian Lewtas and the experience selling our Anglesea property with him. It did take some time being a beachside property and it is not like selling a city property that starts and ends in 4 weeks! You need to understand that. Ian was fantastic. One of our major appliances broke down during the selling period and Ian was amazing. He happened to know someone in the area that had a spare one so he picked it up, took the old one away and then moved the loaned one into place so that the inspections could go ahead uninterrupted! Cant ask for better than that. Ian can cope with any thing that is sprung upon him and all with no fuss! He always acted with integrity. Markets dictate the prices, particularly with beachside properties so we didn't really have any of those awkward conversations about expectations or unreal expectations. I'd highly recommend Ian as a real estate agent.
