Ian's team did a great job helping me with what was a relatively challenging settlement (bank running late, previous tenant not moving out in time, etc) .. they were always friendly, helpful and even providing me with labour to assemble my furniture due to the tight timetable on moving in day .. in every way they bent over backwards to make the transition as smooth as possible. He took his time to show and tell us everything about the property. There was no rush to run in and out of the house. We were both previously real estate agents and have bought and sold properties for many years, both overseas and here in Australia. So we were very familiar with the techniques of selling and completing the deal. We will certainly consider Ian in the future should we buy or sell another property.
