Ian had a plan & stuck to it. After 3 well attended Open Inspections, there was a silent Auction with 3 interested parties. Excellent result for a recently renovated 2 Bedroom Unit in Belmont. Well advertised & the photos did the Unit justice. Appreciated the 2 bottles of Terindah Estate wine. A job well done Ian.

Ian initially gave us the impression that he was the best agent in town. We found him to be very personable and were happy to give him the listing. However, we soon found out that communicating to his vendors after listing was not one of his strong suits! We received no phone calls post open houses regarding numbers or interest (had to chase him up ourselves later in the week to get this information) . After the sale he sent the contract to us for signing via his assistant and we have had no personal contact with him since. He even got the office girl to contact us re the completion of this Rate Your Agent document on his behalf! All in all, a very disappointing experience. We were uncomfortable filling in this form but could not honestly recommend him to others if we were not prepared to use him ourselves again.
