Ian's ability to communicate all aspects of the sale were exceptional. From an analysis of each individual attendee at an open house through to liaising with the current tenant, Ian was able to verbally paint a picture of the exact scenario playing out each day. As our investment property was over 500km from where we live, we were unable to meet with Ian however his communication rendered any physical meeting redundant anyway such was the quality. In a tightening market we were able to achieve a sale price we felt matched the current landscape and we feel that this was due to the diligence and attention of Ian.
