Ian was exceptionally professional, helpful and efficient throughout the entire selling process from initial enquiry to the sale at Auction. He was patient and provided us with very useful information which helped us decide to sell our apartment. Once we decided he was very efficient in getting the property prepared for sale and proposed a very effective and cost efficient marketing campaign, which ultimately lead to the sale of the property on Auction day. Our situation was a little more complex because we live overseas, however Ian handled the extras for us such as cleaning and repairs that needed doing to make the property look its best. We were not looking forward to the selling process, however, Ian made it extremely smooth and can I say almost enjoyable?

Ian kept us up to date with strategies and updates from pre sale marketing strategy meetings through to ensuring the apartment was ready for the first inspection.
