We were treated as if we were a burden despite being the ones whose money would supply their commission for the sale. At an open house inspection, Ian Ritchie himself seemed to forget who I was 3 times and proceeded to have the same conversation with me 3 times. When sending the invite to this feedback portal, they spelt my name wrong. We submitted our offer and it was not accepted until 2 weeks later due to Ian Ritchie and his firm's miscommunication, or rather, their inability to effectively communicate. This led to settlement issues as it only allowed 15 days from Contracts being exchanged to the initial proposed settlement date. All other friends and family who have bought homes, especially their first homes, have received welcome hampers upon receiving keys. We received nothing except a request for a photo for their social media page. An overall awful experience for our first home buying venture, we hope to never be associated with them again.

Fast responses to text messages about the offer, although didn’t know a lot about the house. Open houses weren’t always advertised online - we stumbled across signs on the side of the road on two occasions advertising an open home which were not advertised online. No follow up communication after the sale at all, no thank you card, no gift hamper - absolutely no frills.
