When selling our property in South Albury, we obtained three proposals from local agents. One from a nationally branded agent, another from the major local agent, and one from Donna Duncan. All were similar, but we chose Donna because of her lower fee structure, and we felt she had the best manner for dealing with a difficult tenant. This was a decision that we never regretted. Donna was wonderful to deal with and obtained a fast sale at a great price. Her original price estimate was spot on, and she really knows the local area and the market. Along the way, she recommended terrific stylists and a carpenter who was reliable and well-priced. After the contract exchange, Donna regularly checked on the property and twice arranged for it to be mowed. Overall, we had a great experience selling with Donna Duncan, if needed, we would use her again and would recommend her to others.

A huge thank you to Nigel Horne and the team at Nigel Horne Real Estate for all their support — first as the managing agents for my rental property, and later for successfully selling my unit in South Albury. From start to finish, Nigel’s professionalism, clear communication, and approachable manner made the whole process so much easier. He was always only a phone call away, ready to offer advice or updates whenever I needed them. The sale itself was no easy task — the unit was mid-renovation with the bathroom completely gutted, and then we discovered structural damage partway through. Even when a buyer pulled out, Nigel didn’t miss a beat. Within a week, he’d made some phone calls and had the property re-sold — an incredible effort under challenging circumstances.
