Market knowledge was fine. Professionalism was fine. Unfortunately the sale went to contract three times- each time with low-quality and unreliable buyers. The third time the agent did not advocate for a better price and instead rushed through a sale on the threat of a long period of downtime over the summer months. As such, the delays caused by waiting for unreliable buyers to pull out caused the property to remain unsold for five months and risked further delay over the summer mi the. The rushed final sale was $23k lower than the original asking price. I had hoped that with the agents fine reputation that the house would have been able to be sold for at least its asking price and quickly. This, unfortunately was not the case.
