From start to finish, Vince was highly professional, showed great communication, and enthusiasm in helping us sell our block of land. Vince impressed us with his intimate knowledge of current market conditions and leveraged that to stimulate interests among potential buyers and ultimately secured a good price for the sale. We are thrilled to have had Vince as an agent and would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to engage him again in future sales.

Vince was very polite and courteous whenever we interacted with him throughout the campaign. We felt that we could connect with him as friends and that it was not superficial, we did not experience this with many other agents when looking for a house to buy in Canberra. When it came time to negotiate, Vince was a tough competitor and pushed very hard to get his Vendors the best result possible. This was frustrating for us as buyers however we would expect this tenacity if we were in the Vendors position.

Vince is a top real estate agent who has solid knowledge of the local market. His follow up is top-notch and he has always kept me inform at each single stage of the campaign. He has great attention to details and ensures no stone has been left unturned. He is committed to get us the best possible result and his fine negotiation skill really helps at the important moments. I am very happy with working with Vince and I have absolute no doubts of recommending Vince to anyone who considers selling their properties.

Vince went above and beyond to sell my property. The entire experience was seamless from start to end, with his great knowledge of the market and endless support. Vince was fantastic to work with. He was patient and understanding towards us as this was our first property sale. He answered all our questions and concerns. Once our property hit the market, Vince worked hard with potential buyers and secured us a great offer within 5 days and only 2 open homes. We would highly recommend Vince to anyone looking to sell in Canberra.

Vince provides extraordinary service with great enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism. He is always dedicated to provide prompt feedback and detailed analysis following inspections which keeps us across everything relevant to the sale. His efforts throughout the whole process gives us ease of mind and we are convinced to be left in capable hand. Result speaks for itself - we achieved a very good outcome with smooth administrative handover thanks to his strong communicative and coordinative skills. In a nutshell, we are very happy with Vince’s service and highly recommended him to whoever interests to sell their properties.

Vince is very professional agent and has provided excellent service. The whole experience of purchasing the property was smooth mainly due to his expertise and clear communication. He was punctual and very reliable.

Vince is commended for his attention to detail and market knowledge. Administration of an estate and all that goes with it is difficult enough. Having Vince and his assistant Gillian Thorn, take care of the sale was a relief as they made the whole process simple and easy to navigate. In fact the team at Peter Blackshaw Manuka is very supportive and they all contribute to making it a smooth process. Their service is highly recommended.

Vince Qi is an outstanding real estate agent who is totally committed to getting the right outcome. Vince was supportive, factual and thorough in his approach to our sale, always keeping us informed and following through with potential buyers. He is respectful and meticulous about the detail and is always positive. We are grateful to Vince for all he did to help us achieve our sale.

Knowing Vince's name for a while, as I saw that many properties in Canberra and my neighbors' houses have been sold by him quickly and with a good price. The experience I have had with Vince as my agent was more then I could have expected! He went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date throughout the whole process, was full of knowledge, honesty and helpful tips to make the campaign and auction a successful and easy process. Vince and his team were professional in all situations and were always willing to do what was needed to make the sale successful and comfortable for us especially we were in overseas at the time of the auction. He is a very confident and reliable person. We would definitely recommend him. Thanks Vince!
