Having dealt with many agents over many years it was the powerhouse team of Ils and Ian Townley that won us over as real professionals that we could trust to go out there into the marketplace and really represent our interests. We weren't disappointed as we had an open house with record numbers and a sale in days that was well above our asking - I don't know how they do it but we were just so glad we went with them and I cant believe the level of service and attention that we got - they set the benchmark. Even after the sale they never once neglected us or 'moved on' and they continued to deal with every issue that came up even if minor. I always remember that during the negotiations that they went back to get a higher contract value when every other agent would have just closed the deal there and then. These folks are awesome and I would never use any other, we never met before the listing but we are now friends and this is their approach to their clients. Cant remember any agent that I ever felt that way about after the transaction was done and dusted. Keep it up Ils and Ian - you have the right formula
