We chose Ingrid and Jade to sell our property as we found them very helpful, personable and professional when we sold our previous property four years ago. On both occasions our homes sold at first home open and we believe this was due to their diligence, communication and preparation prior to going on the market. We certainly would recommend them to anybody considering selling their home. Thanks heaps to you both.

Our experiences with Ingrid have always been excellent. Ingrid is professional, highly knowledgeable about the market and continues to communicate easily and regularly on all stages of a buy or sell.

Very well organised and knowledgeable agent. Her and Jade’s recommendations and insights were spot on and gave us a very good return on investment. Highly recommend.

We bought our house in Leederville many years ago and Ingrid was the selling agent. We were extremely impressed with her honest, straight down the line approach so went straight to her when it came time to sell the property. The communication from her and Jade and their office couldn’t be faulted. As part of the process was done while we were out of the state this was extremely important. She presented the offers without bias and with just the right amount of advice for us to make the correct (we believe) decision. Their help with “maintenance” issues was invaluable. We cannot recommend Ingrid too highly, she was outstanding.

Ingrid is a highly professional real estate agent who leaves nothing to chance. Her communication with us was excellent from the point of inquiry to the sale of the house. She is also a warm person which made working with her easy and comfortable experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Ingrid and Jade. Together they were completely across every aspect of the marketing and sale of our property. I'm sure their experience and knowledge of the local area was a factor in achieving a great result. I would not hesitate in recommending Ingrid and Jade to anyone interested in marketing their property.

From the start Ingrid was always available to discuss my property, she always spoke honestly, the experience was never pushy or fake. When I decided to list the property, every stage was efficient and we'll organised. I was super happy with the pictures and the content written for my listing. I really appreciated the thorough detail and advice given throughout the process. Would love to work with Ingrid and Jade again 😊

Ingrid is a consummate professional and you couldn't ask for a better agent.

Ingrid was the selling agent when I purchased my Leederville property 19 years ago. During the purchase I found Ingrid to be very professional and knowledgeable. When time came to sell some 19 years later, Ingrid was still one of the most prominent agents in the area and after meeting with her again for an appraisal the decision was easy. Ingrid and Jade did a great job selling this property and I was very happy with the outcome and process.

This is the second time I have entrusted Ingrid and Jade with the sale of my property in Leederville. Again, they were excellent from start to finish - attentive, meticulous, responsive and proactive. I was very pleased with the result and would be happy to engage them again!

Ingrid and Jade are fantastic to work with. I’ve bought and sold through them and enjoyed the process on both occasions. Ingrid and Jade are highly personable, extremely knowledgeable of the Leederville area and gave great practical advice on preparing my home for sale. I cannot recommend them enough.

While Ingrid's professionalism, advice and market knowledge is exceptional, the real stand out for me is her support and communication, recommended good quality and value tradespeople and always available for any questions or advice, have recommended Ingrid to family and friends
