We knew that Ingrid was a leading specialist in Leederville and have known her over time. Working with her was a pleasure. She was faultless in her efficiency, reliability, timing and clarity around the process. She took responsibility for many tasks that would help us and was available at all times to hear any concerns or answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We can recommend her highly. She and her partner Jade made a delightful and very professional team.

We were extremely happy and delighted with the services and results we achieved by engaging Jade and Ingrid at Property Exchange.

Ingrid and Jade not only helped me buy my unit in Leederville nearly three years ago, they have helped me sell it in record time. Ingrid helped me get my home on the market with very little notice and made the whole process of selling so easy. We sold after only one home open! Ingrid and Jade were also in constant contact to ensure I had all the information I needed. Their expert and friendly help were much appreciated and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Ingrid and Jade.

When selling my house in a slow market I did not hesitate to call Ingrid and Jade from the Property Exchange as they are the Leederville Experts! This is actually the 4th property that I have bought or sold with this dynamic duo and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are incredibly professional, diligent, thorough and with an unrivalled understanding of the local market. And they know how to negotiate - you want your agent working for YOU. They have a keen eye for detail and help you to present your home in a way that will attract buyers. Nothing is too much trouble and EVERYTHING gets followed up or followed through. My property sold in 10 days while others around it sit unsold 8 weeks later. Thank you Ingrid and Jade!

Ingrid and Jade were fantastic helping sell my property in Leederville. They are honest, professional and their communication is great. I got a result I am very happy with and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks ladies!

We found Ingrid and Jade very knowledgable about the local market, professional and easy to approach. Would recommend.

Ingrid brings so much character and knowledge with her...she was the selling agent when we purchased this same house 13 years ago and it was a no brainer to use her when the time came to sell. Not only does she know the local area so well, she gives great advice on how to stage your home to get the best sale...in a difficult market she was constantly updating us and working to change things to make the sale as quick as possible. I would have no hesitation going back to her again if we ever sell our current home...

I first encountered Ingrid as a buyer to purchase our home. So impressed with Ingrid we selected her as our agent to sell our home. In all cases she is a professional - huge experience with the area, straight talking, listens to our point of view, trustworthy and all round nice. Ultimately we got the price we wanted and quick sale in a tough market. Highly recommend, thanks Ingrid, Jade and the team.

Ingrid was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave sound advice on the approach to marketing and presenting our property for sale. We were kept informed every step of the way. We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale and have no hesitation in recommending Ingrid as a Real Estate Agent.

Ingrid was approachable at all times, nothing was too hard or difficult to sort out. I valued her knowledge, skills and experience in giving my husband and I the advice we needed to move forward.

Ingrid gets the job done. She is friendly and firm. I trust her as an agent.

We recently sold our property in Leederville which we had been using as a Perth base for the past 8 years. We spoke with three agents before deciding to work with Ingrid and Jade of The Property Exchange. While their suggested initial price was a bit below the others , we were impressed by their proposed marketing approach. We found them great to work with. They kept us very well informed, had good suggestions on how to present our property and they followed up on everything they promised. The property was sold after the first home open and the price achieved was above our expectations and represented what we felt was fair market value. We are happy to recommend Ingrid and Jade of the Property Exchange as very professional and effective real estate agents.
