James for one is an absolute legend of a bloke and on top of that the is no challenge to big my sale wasn’t quite as straight forward as most but at the end of the day he got it done with great transparency and communication we always knew what was going on, where we stood and what our options were. All in all a great humble experience and would very highly recommend James

We are so very thankful for the service we have been provided We were down in Bunbury looking at a few properties , there was a couple that we wanted to look at which were listed with other real estate agents and we were trying to organise times to view while we were down and we were not having much luck as the agents couldn’t confirm! We had seen our property online and keen to check it out , it had a viewing on the Saturday so we rocked up and met James , he showed us around and we told him we were pretty interested. He told us to think about it over night and he could meet us back at the property the next day (Mother’s Day) to have another look , he met us back there early after organising it with the owners which we really appreciated as we were heading back up north! We placed an offer on the place the next day which James helped us present to the owners! Within a few days it was all accepted. James has sorted everything for us as we are not in Bunbury and even got us back into the property for a “final inspection” when we were down last! He has been amazing to deal with , very genuine , very down to earth and has made our experience of buying our first house seamless and stress free! We can’t wait to move in but we will be renting it first which James has also helped us get sorted.
