James was great at securing the sale, and communicating every steps back to me and I understand it was a difficult process as he couldn’t get the other party to respond quickly but ended doing a great job, I would recommend him to others.

I wanted to take a moment to thank James, and his team for their hard work and dedication to us to help sell our home. Selling our home in regional WA was a difficult and sad choice for us, as we love WA so much, however we needed to move back to our hometown in Victoria. As we didn't need to sell our home quickly, James provided us with a range of realistic goals that we could accomplish, before our listing date, to achieve our desired listing price and then hopefully be offered our preferred sale price. If we had chosen not to take his recommendations, we knew we would not achieve anywhere near what we potentially could have achieved due to the cluttered and unkempt nature of a lived in home.
