Sold the house after 4 other agents had tried. Thanks Iris

Iris went above and beyond to sell my home . Her knowledge of the market forces at play was excellent and her negotiation skills with the prospective buyers was awesome . I would employ Iris to sell for me again .

Iris was very good to deal with excellent product knowledge over many houses we looked at together always arrives before inspection time, pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend Iris for your house needs buying or selling.

I had firm expectations but we eventually come together!

When I was approached by Iris I was pleasantly surprised by her energy , suggestions , helpfulness , "doing extra yards" , informative , easy to talk too , practical and 'energy driveness'... I felt taken care of, listened too and she kept her word with tasks. I am very happy with Iris , she is the best real estate agent I have dealt with and I highly recommend her. Iris gets 'results' !. I feel fortunate she handled my properties.

Very professional, friendly and great to deal with.

Iris was Amazing to deal with. Very professional and always very pleasant. Nothing was too much or too hard for Iris, especially with a few extra difficulties with covid Iris still made sure everything went through smoothly. Was such a pleasure to deal with her and or is is very knowledgeable in her industry . Thank you Iris

Iris was fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable. She gave us great ideas on how best to stage our house and our house sold when many others weren’t. We highly recommend Iris for excellent service and a smooth sale process.

Dealing with Iris was a breath of fresh air for us when trying to sell our property. Iris is a very motivated and realistic agent who is always professional and keeps you in the loop regarding everything to do with your property. We felt the stresses of selling lifted by Iris’s confidence and were able to trust her to get results and she did not disappoint.

We recommend Iris as a happy, knowledgeable and professional Property Consultant, with great communication and helpfulness, as she was, during the whole process of selling our house. Thanks Iris,

I got to see the house after it had been on the market less than a day , I was able to get reports done within a week and got an offer in straight away .As a first time buyer Iris definitely has the knowledge of what’s what and she worked around times to suit my working hours or days off . She has been there every step of the way and has even followed up after settlement to make sure everything is good. Highly recommend Iris and we will definitely contact her when we buy our next home .
