Patience and honesty are what I’ve felt from Iris. Due to the shift work I had only time after work to inspect the property and it’s always getting darker, hard to see outdoor area clearly. Iris encouraged to look at house one more time, but in day time. She also did her best in her knowledge to answer any of my questions, even after settlement!
