My agent with John Matthew and sons is Iris, she provided excellent service as she helped me to find a good property in my budget and she answered my queries even in after hours as well and she got me enough time to arrange my loan and stayed in contact with me and my broker to get everything done in time. Thanks to Iris and John Matthew and sons for their excellent service

Iris is really professional and know her work absolutely well. All the queries sort out on urgent basis, I am one more satisfied customer.

Our journey started in the winter of 2019 with settlement eventually in Nov 2020. There were changes, negotiations and then some more changes. She kept going, she never gave up. Thank you for not giving up.

Iris was very helpful and answered her phone after hours even. I live in Queensland so the time difference was challenging but she was very accommodating. Iris was great at getting back to me and keeping me on track with my purchase. Thanks very much.

Our experience wth Iris has been fantastic. We first met Iris at another property we really liked and she tried everything she could to ensure the owner considered our offer. That house wasn’t the one, we then saw her at another property, Iris has great knowledge on the property, market and real estate. She was very helpful with securing this property and we are so grateful that she was our agent.

Iris Haynes was a very professional real estate agent.. She so easy to deal with.. she knows her job really well.. She sold my property with in a month.. that's was amazing!! I can't describe how happy I was... she just amazing...

Iris was from day one just amazing. She was 100% committed and prepared to walk the extra mile for us. It was never to late or to early for her to help and assist us wherever she could. What a great experience it was to have Iris selling our first property in Australia? May God bless you as you were such a blessing to us.

Well, after previous failures in attempts to sell my property I was approached by Iris. I firstly understood what was saying would that would help speed up the sale....I did that and she was "action" woman. Plus she kept me informed all the way, bothered to do 2/3 things she neednt have and generally was an excellent communicator. Plus I felt she really cared about helping me sell !. All in all I recommend Iris as best real estate agent Ive had. Also I trust her and her judgement . Very happy with both sales. A1+ Agent

Iris was recommended via a friend who just sold her house within a week. Therefore, I asked Iris for an appraisal for my property. To my utter amazement within 3 days Iris put my house under offer as the buyer were 100% suited to my home. Iris helped with her knowledge and supported me within the settlement period. As this was the first time in 50 years that I sold I was a little anxious. I should not have worried as Iris had everything under control, which saved my sanity. Thank you very much and I will recommend to my friends anytime.

Iris was the most responsive real estate agent we enlisted throughout almost two years trying to sell our home in Perth and buying one in Kalgoorlie this year....and we contacted numerous in that process. She was reliable, always got back to you with appointment/viewing times and information about properties within the same day. She has a sound knowledge of properties for sale in Kal-Boulder. Anything she didn't know about the property we eventually bought, she'd find out asap and provide relevant feedback. She was instrumental in helping us secure a sale price offer that suited us and the sellers and her after-sale care was also exemplary ensuring we had settled in properly where she also gave us contact numbers for local trades people who can help with setting up technology in a new premises and other handyman jobs. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be matched to the right home to buy.

Iris was very professional, knew the local market well and was always prompt in responding to our questions. Iris was happy to do video inspections, which was important to us. Iris acted with honesty and integrity in disclosing all of the relevant information. We would gladly use her services again and highly recommend her to others.

Hassle free purchase. Iris was very accommodating to our schedule.
