When i first met Isa i thought there would be no possibility that he could come even close to achieving the sale price on the house that we wanted. I thought we were asking way above market value. But! He and Joe negotiated the sale and sold the property a considerable amount above that. The price we got was beyond our expectations and set a record for our suburb.
