The agent has professional negotiation skill and enough market knowledge. However a few things could have been managed better: The settlement date is 3 month later than my expectation, I was told the property would be ready within 4-6 weeks when I purchase the property back in early Oct 16. Hence I was expecting to settle in Nov 16. However this property is only ready to settle on 24 Jan 17. The agent switched company from Place to Raywhite after I have signed my contract which have created some doubts and confusion. I was contacted by both side of agent in the mean time.
