Ivan has earned a reputation for his intimate local knowledge, and his honest, straightforward approach when liaising with his clients. He is a skilled negotiator and his drive and determination has resulted in personally negotiating an average of 100 sales per year over the past 5 years with an impressive auction clearance rate of around 97%.
