Ivan is very friendly and approachable His knowledge in the market is very helpful He will give you good advice

Ivan was a delight to work with from the beginning. He made the whole process easy and totally painless. He is a true Real Estate Professional. His knowledge is vast and very accurate. We would not deal with an other agent after dealing with Ivan.

When my wife and I decided to put our 4 bedroom house on the market in Burraneer, we had no doubt who to go to having known Ivan for many years and relied on his extensive knowledge of the Shire and his ability to achieve the best price when buying and selling property. It was a simple decision to rely on him again. And we weren’t disappointed. A thorough professional with a great team supporting him he exceeded our expectations. We’d gladly recommend Ivan to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Shire!

We used Gibson Partners, Ivan Lampret & Karla Magdwick to sell our property in Burraneer and couldnt have been a more simple process. Ivan has such a great knowledge of the area and was a pleasure to work with in selling our property. Full communication was given during the whole process with marketing & inspections. I would very much recommend Gibson Partners, Ivan & Karla to sell a property again.

Great agent. Professional and knowledgeable in providing a great outcome. Highly recommended

We found Ivan, Karla and the team at Gibson Partners fantastic to deal with, in selling our Dad's apartment. They were punctual, trustworthy, hard working, well presented and great communicators. They kept us well informed and guided us on the whole sales process with exceptional local market knowledge. We are very happy with our sales result!

Ivan worked tirelessly in the recent sale of my apartment. Being a first time property seller, he walked me through and explained all the steps and put any reservations I may have had at ease. The sale process could not have gone smoother and Ivan was able to achieve a result far above my expectations, all within the first week of listing! Ivan’s knowledge of the market is second to none and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

After a great experience as a buyer I had no hesitation in reaching out to Ivan again when it came time to sell. Ivan, Karla and the team at Gibson Partners were fantastic throughout the whole process. Ivan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely engage him as my agent again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Ivan achieved a price beyond my expectations, and his communication is great. Thanks Ivan!

Ivan and his team at Gibson Partners are the only agents to use in the area. I have been dealing with them for 20 years and we have done many deals together. Can't recommend them enough.

From the outset Ivan providing continuous and clear communication of the process and plan for sale of my apartment. We are interstate so this communication was extremely important, I knew what was happening, how it was to happen and when.
