I was looking for the property and saw one from Boka Real Estate - left a message, then Ivana called me back straightaway to support for opening the inspection at the same even though at 5:40pm which she supported to be at home. After some true horror stories searching for our first home, Ivana made the process simple, honest, and easy. We originally viewed the property 2 months ago and when we advised Ivana of our feedback she was understanding and obviously took that feedback to the developer as when we returned in June, many changes were made to make the space more liveable. Defects from the building report were resolved with little issue and Ivana made herself available to allow entry to any trades for quotes without question. Highly recommend her and Boka based on our purchasing experience with them, restoring some faith in Real Estate agents.
