From the beginning of the sale, until the end, not only was I well informed, I was updated regularly. Received weekly e-mails showing spread sheets, which had an abundance of info in regards to potential buyers, and any interest my house was generating. I was also kept informed, via frequent phone calls on who was interested and why, and who wasn’t interested and why. Ivana and Christina were not only friendly, but professional. Their positive and fervent attitude throughout the sale, gave me much confidence we would get a result, and we did. Another thing I really liked was their transparency/honesty, which I believe is a rare thing in real estate. They were straight up with me right from the get go, and I strongly believe that the ‘no sale no fees’ agreement that Boka implement, was the catalyst for this. Ivana was very professional and personable in our dealings with her over our new property purchase. She was accommodating to our requests to view the property outside of the inspection times which made the purchase of the property a relatively easy and calming process especially as this was the first time in nearly 20 years that we had bought property. Even now some 2 months after we have moved in she is still very communicative in all our dealings.
