Normally a review serves two purposes. Firstly, to suggest anything that could be done better and secondly to acknowledge merit which may serve useful to others. As regards making suggestions, it would be very difficult for us to suggest anything that Jaci Hill and her support staff could have done better. In Jaci's case we very much appreciated being able to assess the property for ourselves - ie. not being talked down to with sales "prattle". In this way Jaci quickly established trust and integrity in striking an excellent balance in fairly representing the interests of both the vendor and purchaser. She was on time for appointments and was readily available by phone, sometimes with the very willing support from office staff. In summary, we would very seriously consider asking Jaci and Harcourts to handle any future transactions on our behalf as well as recommending them elsewhere.

Even when the going got tough and the chance of selling seemed remote Jaci was able to enthusiastically lift our hopes and kept bringing clients to the market place. A difficult job, handled very professionally . Where as an agent, they must do their best for the seller and also help the buyer as much as they can to broker the deal . The help was much appreciated, as living 2000 kilometers away in NSW I needed all the help I could get .
