When we signed the agency agreement with Jack early Feb we didn't expect covid-19 quickly bog down not only the entire real estate market but also the most industries. We were panic just like everybody else during those days because covid was once in a hundred years. Jack didn't give up. He was still actively liaising every possible buyers, managing their expectation and keeping me updated all the time. The market was bad but the banks were even worse. Thanks for Jack's great job we successfully exchanged contract twice but both buyers couldn't get enough fund from banks. But nothing could stop the best agent, Jack helped carefully maintain the vacant property and secured another good buyer in a couple of weeks. This is not our first time to sell a property, but it's my first time to witness how a good agent defines "can-do" attitude. Without his tireless hard work and attention to details we wouldn't be able to lock this deal.
