We picked Jack because of the amount of sales he had in the Bald Hills area and his market knowledge. He was efficient and effective . We got the fast sale we were looking for and even achieved a better price then we hoped. We listed the property on Wednesday and had the contract by Saturday. who clearly did not care and put in no effort, Jack was a welcome breath of fresh air after a disastrous first attempt at trying to sell my property in Bald Hills with a previous agency. He was energetic, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area and he listened to my concerns and needs. He managed to sell the property within just 6 days which was extremely impressive after the previous agency had failed to do so in 3 months. I cannot recommend Jack enough.
Jack miss read the market value of our house but after realised that we were aiming to high and adjusted it to suit.
