Jack is a legend, and I owe him an enormous amount. He dealt with the seller from hell, and took every call on our behalf from them. He answered his phone every time I had any type of enquiry, and gave me all the time in the world. Great liaison with the lawyer and builders/termite people etc. Went the extra mile in every regard.
