Overall we were pleased with the result. It's obviously pretty tough out there and clearly things are down from a year ago sales-wise but I think we achieved the best we could in the circumstances so congrats to Jack and Illana. Some minor communication issues from time to time but that aside they did well and I would recommend. Even as a seller I am not a fan of tactics used by the likes of McGrath to cloud the price wanted. I think buyers and sellers deserve better than seeing a listed range only for a property to be passed in - in a recent instance in Padstow some 20 per cent above this listed figure. PRD Oatley at least seem to be straight up in this regard (in my single experience) so kudos there too.
