The first time I spoke with Jack was at an open house for a property that we had decided to visit, while we were waiting for an auction for another property scheduled for later that same day. When Jack called me back a few days after, I advised him that we had just bought a house but was now looking for an agent to sell my old property. Right from the start, he showed his keenness by dropping off a personalised brief with local market data/trends/sales a day or two after I arranged a time for us to meet. He came with his colleague Dean Sperotto at 8pm on a Thursday night and we ended up chatting till after 10pm. We got a very pleasant surprise when we agreed on a sell price with the buyer, only to have Jack and Dean turn up that night to exchange contracts with a sell price of several thousand dollars more! Selling a house was a very nerve-racking experience for us, but Jack helped to make the process as painless and smooth as he could, and for that we are very grateful. It was always easy to chat with him and we never felt like we had to read between the lines because he was friendly, upfront, honest and professional the whole time. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack to any of our friends, family or even random strangers who are looking to sell or buy in the St George area.
