Like all agents when trying to secure your listing, Jack promoted himself as the agent to go with. The specialist in the area etc... As we all know, you can promise the world but as the seller, you hope you get more than just an atlas. To Jack's credit, he fulfilled his promises and really did work like a trojan. We'd almost decided to apply for another property when Jack called me. A while ago I chatted with Jack about our desired next property and I was surprised that Jack remembered all the essential information. When a property like 12 Richnond Ct comes to market he could immediately match up with potential buyers like us. (Honestly, I don't like the other agent sending me property promotion emails, which mostly are not prevalent to our needs at all!) Once we showed interest Jack contacted with Vendor immediately and arranged a pre-opening inspection, giving us the opportunity to compare two potential properties before decision.
