Jack guided us through the entire selling process with his professionalism and pragmatism. Unlike many other agents who tend to promise big but make outcome fall short, Jack made a realistic promise and simply delivered. To make it even better, Jack used his network to find the buyer, saving us marketing fees! Highly recommend Jack to anyone who wants to sell their properties. You would know you are in good hands. Thanks Jack for making the selling easy for us!

We have engaged Jack to sell multiple units in a complex and he has been a consistent performer, achieving good results in a challenging market.

Jack is flexible and reliable and always picks up your phone. He gets you quick result and tries to work beyond your expectations

He told us about the pice and sold it to the exact price.

When we took the service of Jack Nahas-Laing+Simmons Mt. Druitt, my wife and I knew that we are in good hands. Jack is very professional! The skills and his knowledge is absolutely very helpful to us. He knows what is best for his clients, always update us and discuss ideas to achieve the best results. We are very happy with the sale of our property😊 Highly recommended! Again, thank you very much Jack Nahas!

I have dealt with Jack for over 7 years from buying, to renting out and then selling my property. I have always found him a pleasure to deal with. His rental team have always been very responsive. I have always had great tenants that take pride in their home and no prolonged vacancies. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with this agency and am most appreciative to Jack and Vipanya for their help over the years.

Jack's hunting and chasing skills for a good buyer for my property was amazing. He made sure he kept me up to date, and also made sure the transaction favours me. Overall I recommend him.

Superb agent, makes no false promises and negotiated a good price for a quick sale. Was flexible with the campaign. Does not over communicate or bombard with ideas and strategies.

Very friendly and professional Had a great experience selling my property with Jack. He was very friendly and professional and he made the entire selling process very easy and with no complications.

Jack Nahas is the real deal. He was able to sell my unit very quickly during a pandemic, lockdown, and with a troublesome tenant to boot. He is rated the best agent in Western Sydney, a title he surely deserves. He always kept me updated, took care of the few issues that arose, and was able to negotiate top price for me. Nothing was too hard for him, he always called me back immediately and was trustworthy; useful as I live 2 hours away from the property and haven’t even met him in person. Thanks Again Jack.

Selling an investment property for the first time, I thought the experience would be stressful. From the very beginning, Jack was very proactive in communicating market trends relevant to my property. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience that allowed me to make decisions with confidence and patiently answered any questions I had. Throughout the process, Jack was highly responsive to calls/emails and was proactive in keeping me informed of events and next steps. Jack is also an excellent negotiator, where throughout the process, he negotiated the best outcome for myself, the buyer and the tenants. I saw nothing but professionalism and efficiency throughout the sale. Thoroughly impressed by Jack and the team overall and at how well they simplified everything!

Thank you Jack for your excellent advice, recommendations, & management of the sale of our property. We are all very happy with the results, it was a satisfying process, your team & other recommended services have worked together to achieve a great result. The trades people that your office recommended were also excellent.
