Jack and his team were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our concerns about selling our unit during a pandemic lockdown. In addition, he is readily available to us in person and via the phone to answer all our questions. Jack facilitated a sale for us at the right price for the property in Mount Druitt. We would highly recommend selling your properties through Jack and his team and doing so to our friends and family in the area.

We had a good experience with Jack for selling our unit, he has showed us his high professional knowledge. We are appreciated Jack's help.

Couldn't recommended Jack enough! Jack and the Laing +Simmons Mount Druitt team did an amazing job at helping my mother and I get our property ready for sale. Jack was really knowledgeable on the local property market and really went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome. Little fact Jack actually sold us this property back in the early 2000's. So we couldn't have pick a better better to help us sell our unit.

jack is full of knowledge of marketing , investment. he is nick guy and very patient to the client . he is the best .

After Meeting Jack over 10 Years ago, when we first listed our rental property with Laing & Simmons, he has showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism, towards us. When we decided to sell, Jack was the obvious choice to act on our behalf. Jack and the team made the whole experience easy and stress free. They presented all offers to us from a stream of buyers before the first open house, of which we decided was a bit early and wait for the actual advertised open day. So glad we did, Jack and the team brought excitement and fun on the day, with vibrant upbeat approach, (and Basel’s Music) Which left us with more offers than we could ever have expected In turn we sold our property for a 'street record' and for that I can only thank everyone involved. Highly recommend them!

From the very beginning Jack was able to provide me assurances on getting the property sold for an offer that would exceed my expectations. Within a week he sure enough brought an offer to us that was well above our expectations of sale. He was able to help us understand the process and gain insight on the process of sale. His constant efforts to go above and beyond will always be a reason to why I will go back to him for all future sales.

Jack managed the process of selling our investment property. He is very professional, honest, and communicates well. I would highly recommend him and LS Mt Druitt - am very satisfied with their service.

Jack was always professional, honest and easy to talk to throughout the whole sales process. Jack always was very clear in his communication and had very good knowledge on the market. I was always kept updated throughout the whole campaign. I would highly reccomend Jack to anyone looking to sell their property!

I tried to sell my property with another agent earlier in the year. That agent talked too much and overpromised. Jack was honest, showed a high level of integrity, and didn't say what I wanted to hear. He gave an honest review of my property, and achieved a result $20k above the market!

Very well done by Jack and with great knowledge of real estate in area.
