PRE-SALE: We've been in the buyer’s market since late last year, (10 months ago), which marked the beginning of our relationship with Jack. Up until 2 months ago we had intended on keeping our Unit so had never mentioned selling it however from the first open home we went to with Bresicwhitney Jack understood our exact requirements as a buyer and kept in constant touch from this point on. In no way was he annoying, it was always a “have you seen this place that has just come on the market under [competitors agency]?” discussion. A couple of times he even went and checked out places we were interested in to give us his viewpoint. This all meant for us that when we did change our minds and decide to sell, even though we still met with our shortlist of agencies, it was going to be a very tough choice not to go with Jack. SALE PROCESS: Once we signed up with BW Jack was able to explain everything clearly and to the right level of detail to ensure we were crystal clear on our expectations of him and conversely his expectations of us. The entire process was made simple with Jack taking care of all the details so we were there to make decisions when required! As a purchaser, I had my reservations with dealing with the Vendor's agent. However, I was pleasantly surprised in all of my dealings with Jack Parry. He was transparent, credible and easy to talk to - he was never pushy, listened to my views and was solution-driven. Being able to download the Strata Report free of charge was very helpful as well. Jack has an excellent understanding of the market and went the extra mile in explaining issues to ensure that all aspects had been covered.
