We do not doubt that BresicWhitney was the right decision. While we are extremely pleased with the fantastic result achieved by Jack and the BresicWhitney team - we are mindful the experience of selling a home often becomes positive, once the sold sticker goes up. On reflection, we realised the process and strategy implemented to get the house sold is far more important. Implementing the right process gives us the reassurance that we, and our agent, did absolutely everything to achieve the best result. In that regard, Jack recommended and implemented a process with precision and intelligence. His strategy and the BresicWhitney platform ensured buyers had no barrier to commit to our property. He and his team made themselves available for private viewings even up until the day before the auction. They provided a free building and pest report, a published price guide, etc. They followed leads and spoke to everyone who viewed our house - not letting a potential buyer slip through the cracks. We are sure in an agent selection process, there is speculation, and in some cases, the agent overpromising and under delivering. However, in this case, everything promised was delivered and we took comfort and trust in Jack’s subtle, but clear desire to achieve the highest possible price for us.
