Jack's communication was excellent throughout and always returned calls and emails. it did not bother us but an area that could be improved on, relates to ownership costs (strata, rates etc) that were not collected from us at start of process. After enquiry from buyer Jack needed to come to back to us so a delay in providing this to buyer. Your process should involve gathering this at the start so it is immediately available to prospective buyers.

Jack is a very polite and pleasant young individual. Extremely helpful on all enquiries I had on the property I was buying and giving me daily check-ins on the progress. I wish him well in his future endeavours.

Jack seems driven by a desire to help others. His communication style is open and friendly. He listens carefully to others and strives to provide relevant thoughtful responses. At times he is let down by the poor quality of information he gets from others. He is very new to the real estate business and with further experience is likely to adapt quickly and thus become a force that distinguishes between fact and fiction. Jack’s well developed service approach was demonstrated by him always getting back to me, generally but not always, in a timely way with the information I was seeking. I would advise Jack to establish in his mind why he thinks particular agents are better than others and then to model his behaviour on the former and not the latter. Great experience with Jack. I was looking for a 2 bedroom unit & Jack advised me of an open & took me through . He was very professional & explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He kept me up to date with every process.He was always available to answer any questions I had & to take me through the apartment any time I needed. Our property purchase experience began with Belle Property principal David Ferrari who we arranged a private inspection of the property with to suit our travel requirements which was much appreciated and a great start to our experience. Following the auction we dealt with Jack & David who were most helpful with guidance on the next steps leading to settlement. The follow up service was appreciated given we had already completed the purchase. Given the experience we received as purchasers, the vendors should be very pleased with Jack and David's services. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and David for any Real Estate services.

Jack has been amazing to deal. Living in Sydney and having to view properties virtually has not been easy but Jack was so accommodating whenever I wanted to virtually see a property and even took the time to send through photos when the connection was not the best. Throughout the entire process, he has been patient, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.
