Great experience with Jack. I was looking for a 2 bedroom unit & Jack advised me of an open & took me through . He was very professional & explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He kept me up to date with every process. He was always available to answer any questions I had & to take me through the apartment any time I needed. Jack is an excellent agent & I would highly recommend him.

Our property purchase experience began with Belle Property principal David Ferrari who we arranged a private inspection of the property with to suit our travel requirements which was much appreciated and a great start to our experience. Following the auction we dealt with Jack & David who were most helpful with guidance on the next steps leading to settlement. The follow up service was appreciated given we had already completed the purchase. Given the experience we received as purchasers, the vendors should be very pleased with Jack and David's services. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and David for any Real Estate services.

Jack has been amazing to deal. Living in Sydney and having to view properties virtually has not been easy but Jack was so accommodating whenever I wanted to virtually see a property and even took the time to send through photos when the connection was not the best. Throughout the entire process, he has been patient, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.

We purchased from another state and Jack was very flexible and made sure we had everything we needed, communicating very thoroughly and promptly throughout the process. At the time, the purchaser was going through a health crisis, and Jack understood our circumstances and was both sympathetic and flexible to accommodate us. We would absolutely recommend him and also Belle Property Glenelg.

I think the most important thing in an agent is honesty. Jack was humble, open, kind and honest. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. I feel extremely comfortable recommending jack. Whilst the property sold above my expectations- this was sadly just the COVID market at the time and not something anyone could have predicted so this certainly isn’t a reflection on jacks knowledge or professionalism

We met Jack when he was acting for the vendor on a property we purchased and were impressed by his personable and professional manner. Jack was also outstanding in responding immediately to our requests during the settlement process. When we next sell a property, Jack will be the first agent we approach - we consider ourselves lucky to have met him.

I was very impressed with Jack Rowe. He had a great grasp of detail and a very confident manner.

Jack was very responsive in getting back to me on my enquires, and kept me well informed on the progress of my offer and then purchase of my apartment in Glenelg. David and Jack were great to deal with and I would happily use them in the future! Thanks
