She supported the process of getting the property campaign-ready by putting me in touch with quality tradespeople and a stylist and communicated with me regularly prior to listing the property. During the four week campaign, she gave in depth feedback and insights so that I was fully prepared by auction day. She and her colleagues also made time out of hours to show the property to prospective buyers. The auction itself was very professionally conducted and I was very pleased with the result. I sold my unit about 4 weeks ago and I was really impressed with the agents, Warwick Williams Real Estate. Jacki Williams promised me a sale price and delivered. The unit was only on the market for 10 days. The open for inspection was conducted so professionally by Jacki and her brother. Listening to their conversations with prospective buyers was something of a surprise. About 18 people turned up were all spoken to in regard to their opinion on the unit. Jacki emailed later with about a 2 pages of comments in regards to the sale. Having bought and sold 6 places, this is the first time I felt liked a valued customer. I was totally in control of the sale, marketing and price negotiations. This real estate agency has changed my views on agents. There is obviously great integrity and commitment in work practices at Warwick Williams Real estate.

Jacki Williams was easy to deal with, kept me informed, made sure all my answers were answered, and very professional. She has been in the industry for over 20 years therefore she would have a good knowledge of the market. I don't have alot of faith in RE agents due to my friends experiences. I however to date found my experience dealing with Jacki Williams a good one and would recommend her.

Jacki was great to deal with. Especially after dealing with a few other agents in the area. She was very honest and did her best keep the balance between the vendor being happy and the buyer being happy as well.. She has a good reputation in the area as quite a few people I know commented on her honest approach.
