As soon as my husband and I sat down with Jackson, it became very evident that he was enthusiastic, determined and honest. We had no hesitation in choosing him as our agent. During our four week campaign Jackson kept us constantly in the loop, and offered only advice that was in our best interest. Despite my persistent nerves he was always approachable and worked diligently to ensure that we felt secure (as best you can!) all the way through. On auction day, we had the support of not only Jackson but a large number of the Richard Matthews team, including the two directors. Jackson diligently worked throughout the auction, offering us and the buyers continual lines of communication. Matthew did a phenomenal job as our auctioneer on the day, offering not only professionalism but a lot of support as well. We would definitely work with Jackson again!
