Jacob is a tireless facilitator proudly assisting people through their life stages associated with buying and selling houses. A born local, highly trusted and respected, he is a young and quiet achiever, yet still striving to improve. His experience as a renovator means he is on top of most building situations arising. His easy going nature allows sellers time to think for themselves but he is always available with advice. Jacob’s results are testament to his knowledge, skills and efforts.

Jacob was a pleasure to deal with, his response to emails, calls, texts was always very timely and nothing was too much drama for him. Would highly recommend Jacob 👍👍

Jacob worked very hard to achieve a successful sale of my property. He is a great communicator and wasn’t pushy. Overall I had an excellent experience, thank you Jacob I will be referring you to who ever wishes to listen.

As an interstate seller you could imagine that this could be a difficult process. Jacob held my hand every step of the way and kept me informed with each and every viewing. He wasn't pushy and works hard for the seller, thank you for a seamless transaction Jacob.

Jacob is very calming in his approach and manner. Deciding to sell was not an easy decision to make and with Jacob's extensive knowledge of the local area and market, he gave me the confidence that I had chosen the right agent for my sale. Jacob was always available to answer all kinds of questions, phone, text or email and continued to keep me updated along the way about the progress. Very genuine, great communicator, and great customer service, would highly recommend.

There is so much to say about Jacob and not enough room to express our admiration for his professionalism. He was with us all the way during the marketing and sale of our property. Always available for the times we sought his advice and made sure that we understood the answers to our questions. Jacob is definitely suited to his chosen career in real estate and a great asset to the agency. We can highly recommend Jacob to anyone who chooses to market their property with him.

Jacob was an excellent agent to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, his communication was great and he always got back to me when he said he would. I would highly recommend him.

Jacob was a great real estate agent to work with in selling my property. As I was living overseas during the whole process, and during the early stages of covid, he made a seemingly stressful situation stress free! He was professional, understanding and had a good knowledge of the current market!

We chose Property Palace to sell our house as they were a local agent and well respected in Karalee. Our agent Jacob worked tirelessly to secure a second sale after a previous sale fell through due to the Corana Virus. Even during these tough times he was able to secure the second sale and went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. I can't recommend him enough.

This is the second house Jacob has sold for us. Both times Jacob had a contract within a week, Jacob kept us up to date every step of the way.. He is hard working and goes the extra mile, we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

With the current climate of Covid-19, my wife and I knew that trying to sell at this time would be a risk. However, as we originally purchased the property via Jacob, I was assured of his his skill and expert knowledge of the area and our property. Being an acreage property, my wife and I were dreading presenting our home for endless open-house visitors over a protracted period. As such, Jacob was able to sell our property the following day of it being listed. No open house inspections required, just 2 private viewings. The second couple that came to view, bought our property for an amount slightly less than what we desired. While we watched the market grind to a halt, we were packing and moving. It is my sincere belief that this came down to not only luck but Jacob's customer service and his ability to negotiate. A very good salesman and overall friendly, easy-going individual that is willing to go above and beyond with our requests. Well done Jacob, we are still ecstatic regarding the outcome of our sale.

I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. With Jacob we had an accepted offer on our house less than a week after going to market, for more than we were even hoping for! He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and the local trends which played a huge factor in our sale. Jacob made himself available to provide advice leading up to going on the market which included coming over to our house multiple times in the months before the initial advertisement went up. His communication was outstanding during the whole process so we were never left questioning what was going on. This, combined with his awesome personality, made what is normally an extremely stressful time really enjoyable. We can't thank you enough Jacob!
