Jacob was very professional in every aspect of our sale. He had an interested party before the house was even listed and this person bought the property. Extremely happy with every aspect of the sale. Easiest and most stress free sale I have ever been involved in. Thanks Jacob
We did our homework on agents in our area and chose Jacob because he came to us with a positive (not pushy) attitude, he was relaxed in his approach and readily available for question and answers. On his first visit Jacob arrived with box full of information appropriate for us at the time. He gave us confidence in his ability to sell the house and immediately put us at ease. From Jacobs first visit communication was a breeze he stayed in contact with us at all points along the way. YES we were very lucky to sell in a few days, but if it wasn't for Jacob lining the stars up and doing his job, it may have been a different story. THANK YOU JACOB. From Harry & Sharon
We purchased through Jacob. He was always professional and very helpful.
Jacob is young and very committed to working with the seller to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved. His advice is honest. Jacob is passionate about the area speaks from experience of the lifestyle the area has to offer.
Jake is a fantastic agent, he put in the effort to get our place sold at a price we were happy with. Always on time, always in a good mood, great guy!! I can highly recommend him!!
Jacob kept us up to date and communicated well throughout the whole process. It's easy to buy and sell when you have trust in your agent and know they will work hard to get the result you want.
My wife and I both found Jacob to be the best agent we have ever dealt with. He has a relaxed welcoming vibe, which allowed us to really take the time to make the right decision for our purchase. He has great knowledge of his market area, and we found him to be a breeze to deal with for the entire process. We could not be happier with him.
Its not very often you come across someone with passion and drive for his job like Jacob, His performance as an agent was faultless and more importantly his character and nature as a person was impeccable, my only complaint is I don't have two homes to sell with him.
Jacob was a great agent always willing to go that extra mile, He was with us the whole way through the sale. Would highly recommended him.
We had the pleasure and satisfaction of selling our home through Jacob. Jacob was very professional, reliable and honest in his interactions. He has positive attitudes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Jacob kept us upto date with all the market developments and was very considerate of our expectations. He was very helpful leading up to the contract period and settlement phases. He made sure that there was adequate follow-up on all matters. We highly recommend Jacob for good results and satisfying experience.
Jacob sold our property at the first open home with 4 written offers for $20,000 above list price, couldn't have wished for a better outcome. we were most impressed with Jacobs promises to selling the property, everything was completed in a timely & professional manor.
