Jacob went around the house and provide all the items that would help get the house sold. Even organized quotes and followed up on the jobs to ensure they were done timely. Despite unprecedented restrictions on real estate during the coronavirus lockdown Jacob was able to get dozens of potential buyers through for one-on-one inspections, and after this was no longer allowed, virtual zoom inspections. He never gave up and was always professional, honest, and in constant communication. He was able to negotiate an excellent deal for us while in person inspections were still banned.
