Great liaison with tenant and regular communication with vendor through process. The calls after each open useful to keep vendor in the loop. Co-ordinated with other agent when not available due to leave / family commitments to ensure seamless continuity. Was patient with the process, did not try to rush vendor, overpromise or undersell. We were struggling to find help with maintenance, painting and cleaning but they organized everything so easily and we had people at the house within 48 hours doing the necessary preparation to present the house in the best, tidy and clean condition possible, and all under budget. Jason dealt with multiple buyers and contracts with good manners, a sense of humor and persistence at all hours. In our absence he looked after the property by organizing mowing and gardening and kept us informed of progress. Documents were sent and processed efficiently.
