Great liaison with tenant and regular communication with vendor through process. The calls after each open useful to keep vendor in the loop. Co-ordinated with other agent when not available due to leave / family commitments to ensure seamless continuity. Was patient with the process, did not try to rush vendor, overpromise or undersell.
