I cant rate Jacob highly enough for his help selling our house. When we listed with him the home needed some repairs and cosmetic work done. Jacob and his team helped obtain all the quotes from tradespeople who were well priced and could start straight away. When it came time to sell he got the house online and booked several inspections along with a bunch of private inspections to ensure everyone who was interested had a chance to see the home. We had the house under contract for a top price in a week and then unconditional shortly after. I have since brought my rental property to Jacobs team to manage from another company due to how organised they are and their trade relationships. Highly recommend!
