I engaged Jacob to sell my investment property in the Mandurah area. It needed minor renovations to achieve a premium sale price as was advised by Jacob. He managed and coordinated all the works and contractors to get the job done and it was a breeze for me, also came in under budget!! Once the property went to market he had it up for a couple weeks and managed to achieve a sale price well above what I would of been happy with! I cannot recommend Jacob and his team enough, he knows the area, market and will tell you straight from the start what to expect.
